    We are a small but highly capable technology and media company with a thirty-six year history of solving complex problems and delivering sales success and workflow solutions to diagnostic manufacturers and clinical laboratories.

    Founded in 1990, as the Laser Top Publishing Company of Brooklyn, New York, the company evolved in 2010 to expand into software, analytics, and workflow analysis as Xplica LLC. In 2026, after relocating operations to Wyoming, we formally rebranded as Burnt Lake Interactive LLC to reflect our broadened focus and long-term vision.
